Ingredients:
2 cups rice
1/2 onion- diced
1/2 zucchini- diced
1 carrot- diced
2 sticks of celery- diced
Depending how salty you like it, hoisin/oyster sauce/soy sauce (interchangeable)
2 eggs (optional, but HIGHLY recommended)
How to:
-Cook rice
-Cook veggies separately
-Add sauce and stir
-Add rice
-Cook eggs into it
-Mix all together!
