Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon ginger-minced
2 chicken breasts- washed and sliced
1 cup cilantro- chopped
1 bell pepper (green)- diced
1/2 onions- chopped
5 cloves of garlic- minced
2 cups rice
2 tablespoons olive oil
How to:
-Make rice, set aside
-Add garlic, ginger, olive oil, and chicken to rice cooker on "saute" then "simmer" until chicken is partially cooked
-Add 2 tablespoons of water
-Add veggies, let cook for a while
-Add rice, stir occasionally
